Group therapy is a unique therapeutic space to learn how to relate with others. Group therapy provides individuals a space to learn how to better relate with others while staying attuned and connected with themselves. It is an optimal environment to grow in interpersonal skills such as giving and receiving feedback, practicing vulnerability, and developing a healthy conflict style.
