Payment
Payment can be made with bank/credit card, check, or cash. I also take HSA and FSA payment cards. Payment is due at the end of each session.
Fees
Individual Psychotherapy: $235/55 minutes
Individual Intake Session: $315/85 minutes
Couples Psychotherapy: $265/55 minutes
Couples Intake Session: $340/85 minutes
Group Psychotherapy: $75/85 minutes
Supervision and Professional Consultation: $200/55 minutes
Psychological Evaluation and Report Writing (including Documentation Review and Preparation): $250/60 minutes
Court Related Testimony and Preparation: $450/60 minutes
Insurance reimbursement
I am not paneled with insurance providers, but do provide insurance-ready receipts (called a SUPERBILL) for you submit to your provider. Reimbursement is contingent on your specific coverage and you are responsible for submitting receipts to your insurance provider. I am happy to provide SUPERBILLS as frequent (or as infrequent) as you would like. You can also download a monthly SUPERBILL from your client portal to submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement.
